A classically trained singer, sustainability enthusiast, and explorer of uncharted locations on the world map, Binu Jacob – Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Experion Technologies – makes wearing many hats look effortless.

Binu is a visionary with a proven track record for driving growth over his 30 years of professional experience. He has a Master’s in Management and Systems from IIT Delhi and an Engineering degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He is also a former Secretary and Board Member of the Group of Technology Companies (GTech) - the industry body of Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Management (BPM) organizations in Kerala.

Apart from his responsibilities at Experion, the artist in him is currently crafting his masterpiece – an ecovillage for minimalistic living that brings together his vision for the environment, sustainability, community living, and agriculture, bringing together like-minded friends.

A science gold medalist, amateur astronomer, and certified cricket coach, Praveen Kumar Pande, Director of Sales for the UK and EU at Experion Technologies, brings over two decades of experience and a sharp eye for opportunity to every business conversation.

With a career spanning leadership roles at global IT majors including NTT Data (Keane), HCL, and Zensar, Praveen has built a strong legacy of driving strategic growth across the Banking and Financial Services in the UK and Europe. Known for his ability to win trust and unlock value in long-term client relationships, he has consistently delivered success in high-stakes engagements, earning key wins across the region.

Praveen holds a Master’s in MIS and Marketing, complementing his scientific roots with commercial acumen and market foresight. Based in Windsor, UK, he lives with his wife and son and is an active mentor on the cricket field, nurturing young talent in his local community.

Whether he’s photographing a striking skyline, immersed in a good book, or guiding a cricket team to victory, Praveen brings the same drive and discipline that define his leadership in the boardroom.

Jayaram Suresh brings over a decade of cross-industry experience spanning enterprise sales, financial products, and technology platforms. His well-rounded commercial acumen is built on a career that cuts across industries such as manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, utilities, travel, transport, and logistics, enabling him to drive business growth through tailored digital and enterprise solutions.

Before joining Experion, Jayaram was part of Tech Mahindra Europe’s Enterprise Sales team under the Diversified Industries group, where he focused on acquiring and expanding strategic client relationships. His prior experience includes working with leading digital platform providers like Uber and Paytm, where he led enterprise sales initiatives for innovative technology offerings. He began his professional journey at Cognizant as a programmer before transitioning into financial services sales at ICICI Prudential, giving him a unique blend of technology and business development expertise.

Jayaram holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech. from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.

Jayaram currently resides in Purley, South London, with his wife and young daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, watching films, exploring new cuisines, and occasionally taking the stage, drawing from his college days as a member of the dance team.

Pradeep comes with nearly three decades of international experience in BFSI with experience serving a wide array of Financial Services institutions globally. During his career, he has performed several roles covering operations, delivery, pre-sales, practice management, sales, and strategy. He has led several large, complex, and multi-year digital transformation programs for BFSI institutions, contributed to product engineering in niche areas such as Fund Accounting, and led the establishment of practice and capabilities for leading IT service organizations.

Pradeep holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras, a certified Cost Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a master’s degree from London Business School.

During his free time, he enjoys biking long-distance and playing Mridangam.

Born and educated in Switzerland, Markus has worked in the financial services industry in Zurich, Geneva, New York and London (current) for over three decades.

During his executive career, Markus was Global Chief Operating Officer at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Schroders plc, UBS Asset Management and Phillips & Drew.
